My name is Yasamin, founder of Free to Be Coaching, my clients call me Coach Yasi. I founded my business with a mission to transform women's lives by introducing them to a science-backed approach for sustainable weight loss, food freedom, and a life free from binge eating. Additionally, my goal is to guide women on the path to discovering inner peace and the confidence they truly deserve, all while imparting personalized knowledge about nutrition. Together, we're forging a journey towards holistic well-being and lasting transformation.

Im a mom, wifey , and doctor and prior to working with her I tried all kinds of different diets and worked with different programs, and coaches but I always felt mentally tired and fatigued. I would rapidly lose weight, but then gain it back when I started to increase calories. Also with time and chronic dieting I felt like my metabolism was very slow and sluggish. I did not have a great relationship with food growing up. Always feeling guilty if I indulged in something that was not considered "healthy" and in general judging myself.
